Vineyard
Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas works with yields that produce 2,500 kilos of grapes per hectare for the pellaboration of Ébano Salvaje and 4,000 kilos per hectare for the ellaboration of Ébano 6. Day after day, we take care of all those factors that later on will influence the quality of the grape: foliage analysis, green pruning, stems thinning, soil analysis, etc. Every detail is looked after and controlled, thus guaranteeing the final excellence of each single bottle of wine.
