Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas was born in 2004, hand in hand with Valmiñor group, as a bet for the Ribera del Duero appellation wine quality. With a privileged location in the basin of the Douro River, Castrillo de Duero, one of the main characteristics of Ébano is the careful selection of plots and grapes which we work with, culminating with an excellent manual harvest. More than 270,000 liters of wine per year are made in 400 French oak barrels that show the best of this land.
