Elaboration

Selection of grape in the vineyards and handmade harvest made in 20kg cases of the three varieties separately. Then it is the cold maceration (10ºC) of the Albariño grape and fermentation in 2.500 liter French oak barrels. The wine is aged on its lees for three months, using batonnage technique. After that, Albariño is blended with Caiño Blanco and Loureiro grapes. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for two more months. An only one and soft filtering takes place. Finally, it is bottled and rests for six months prior its distribution.

Tasting

Wine made in oak but with a huge respect of the varietal aromas, highlighting the ripen fruit accompanied by spicy aromas and dried fruit notes. In the mouth, it shows a remarkable mineral character. It is very expressive and deeply fat. It is a consistent white wine.

Elaboración

Maceración en frío de la uva albariño y la fermentación en tino de roble francés de 2.500 litros. Crianza sobre lías en madera durante tres meses, con batonnage. Posteriormente, se hace la mezcla con las otras variedades (caíño y loureiro). Crianza en depósito de acero inoxidable de otros tres meses y reposo en botella de seis meses previo a su dispoción.

Cata

Vino elaborado en madera, pero con alta presencia de aromas varietales, frutosidad destacada a la que acompaña muy sutilmente los aromas especiados y de frutos secos. En boca se expresa, ampliamente, con un marcado carácter mineral y profunda untuosidad. Un blanco consistente…
