Elaboration

It is made with the skin and the pip of the grape. For its elaboration orujos and lees are distilled. Lees proportion must not be higher than 25 kg of lees per 100 kg of grapes. Product is stabilized up to -10ºC. Then, a control analysis is made and, finally, filtering and bottling processes come.

Tasting

Fine hints of herbs on the nose, very pleasant with memories of ripe Albariño grapes. In the mouth it is full, rich in shades, big and persistent.

Elaboración

Elaborado con bagazo de uva albariño. Para su producción se destilan los orujos y las lías. La proporción de éstas no será superior a 25 kg de lías por 100 kg.de orujo de uva utilizado. Se estabiliza el producto hasta -10 ºC. Se realiza un análisis de control y finalmente, se llevan a cabo los procesos de filtrado y embotellado.

Cata

Aromas con finos rasgos herbáceos y amables, recuerdos de uva albariño madura. Al paladar es rotundo, rico en matices, amplio y persistente.
